MODUS OPERANDI :-
1. An advertiser pays Rs one lakh to Pel Softlabs for sending ten lakh SMSs
2. A new telephone number is procured from Tata Indicom Andhra Pradesh, in name of advertiser.
3. SMS is sent to 10 lakh people, including DND registered numbers.
4. The advertiser surrenders telephone connection OR service is stopped by provider.
5. The agrieved citizen complains to own service provider. With sender having surrendered connection, no action is possible.
6. THE SAME ADVERTISER with SAME PEL SOFTLABS keeps sending SMS again and again.
7. Vikaspuri Police bags own share of booty for filing the complaints as solved.
Pel Softlabs is just one of too many SMS service providers. Tata Indicom is just one of too many telephone providers. Total scam involved would cross all limits we would ever imagine.
A gun is procured and destroyed after firing 10 lakh bullets. Under jungle rule action can be taken only against the nonexisting gun and not the erstwhile owner. Where is the fault?
Aggarwal Institute, Unicon properties, JustDial - who procure the gun and destroy the same after firing 10 thousand bullets.
Pel Softlabs - The Ashok Malhotra of Telecom, handling give and take between telecom companies, TRAI, DOT, UCM
Tata Indicom - The sole surviving terrorist after my complaints (Even while typing this, I received SMS)
TRAI making redundant rules hardly any one knows
DOT for not thinking of plugging the aforesaid loophole
Airtel for filing blind case as solved, without letting police traceout destruction of gun involved. Nodal/Appellate Officer telephones only adding to caller's telephone bill - Officer busy at EVERY moment
Police Commissioner for sending my complaint to corrupt Vikaspuri police collecting regular bribe from Pel Softlabs
CBI refusing to probe telecom scams involving crores of rupees every day
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister hand and glove with Tata Indicom
Communication Minister happy with own share in booty
Prime Minister sleeping over such scams in ALL departments
People of India giving power of attorney to selfish people
Circumstances with political alternatives still worse than the ruling party.

The Chief Executive Officer
Esteemed Sir I made too many calls to telephones 9818334865 9958444865 yesterday and today but the phone keeps parotting that the officer is busy. That amounts to mockery of redressal provisions. Also I could end up spending over Rs20 on deaf system, attempting to call own service provider. You are requested to look into matter and direct Airtel to refund call charges. Regards

Join GamesClub http://wap.mauj.com/sf/sub/index.php?subid=771 (SCREENSHOT of absurd link output at http://ussupermall.net/undigested/airtel) I am informed that game was downloaded at 02.45 AM. Like most other people in India, my entire family was asleep at that time. Sir, that is not just an isolated case of incorrect charge. Telecom companies, after paying huge bribes to national leaders through TRAI, are duping consumers several crores rupees EVERY DAY through fraudulent transactions. 13 October 2008 11.22 PM : For certain reasons refund could not be effected within resolution period. Refund expected before 15 October 2008 (Complaint no. 13443283)
20 October 2008 : Airtel Customercare - Main aapko 50 rupaye abhi de raha hun. 49 rupaye aapko kal dopahar tak mil jaayenge. Does Airtel really need to pay Rs99 in two installments? Looks more like rickshawpuller paying rent to rickshaw owner.
21 October 2008 : Customercare Executive (2/3/9) states last call recorded from my number was on 10 October. In refunding Rs99, Airtel is stooping below the status of ice cream vendor who kept a balance of Rs15 for next day but did not pay for two weeks.
23 October 2008 : Customercare Executive (2/3/9) states "Aapka Rs50 20 taarikh ko refund ho gaya thaa. Baaki Rs49 ka refund 4 ghante mein ho jaayega. Is that really Airtel Culture? Most subscribers just fail to persue the matter and bear with fake transaction charges. Cummulative loot - billions of rupees a day - is shared by telecom company, TRAI, DOT, Communication Minister and other netas.
How many consumers would spend Rs990 on complaints at all spined levels, for a refund of Rs99.00? Telecom companies are making billions of rupees EVERYDAY from fake transaction and passsing a share to national leaders through TRAI Chief and Minister.

| After complaining to Airtel, TRAI, Core, MCA, NCDRC, UCM, PM, President/VP EVERYDAY for over five years, just now I received a spam call from AIRTEL HelloTunes (9958089949). Service provider is expected to receive and process unsolicited call complaints. Is this call not a custodian rape? Consumer forums take up complaints which are drafted by recognised touts and forum people receive cuts out of damages awarded. My online complaint at core.nic.in on 8-18-2008 2:40:58 AM was never processed. No courtsey even to notify the complaint as untenable. Narcoanalysis of TRAI Chief would reveal how HUGE funds are passed on from telecom sector to national leaders. I am still optimistic of CPI-M of persuing my demand for narcoanalysis. |

The Editor Metro Now Subject : Telecom terrorism Esteemed Madam Banks and telecom companies have been pumping unsolicited calls/SMS like bullets into telephones of citizens. Harsh Pathak, a supreme court lawyer, filed PIL in supreme court through his counsel Prashat Kumar - case argued by senior counsel, Vivek Tankha. My mobile was registered with DND registry on 27 August 2007. I continue to receive calls and report EVERY DAY to TRAI, MCA, NCDRC, Prime Minister, VP, President of India, media through fax/email. Government stands sold out to multinationals. My daughter at 17, Shanti Vihar in east Delhi suffered
from retrobulbar optic neuritis. From MRV school news in Metro Now 16 May,
I attribute that SERIOUS ailment to Airtel mobile tower at top of her house.

Esteemed Sirs For making every call from my airtel mobile 9810571993, I am PUNISHED with a disturbing message displying balance and promotional material. The situation gets more irritating when I cannot make sequential calls without exiting message. I have repeatedly contacted customercare during the past and informed that such mandatory messages cannot be stopped on request. While message itself is intrusion on consumers' mind, the need to press EXIT is ridiculous. Warm regards

These were unsolicited promotional messages. I use fully paid up Airtel telephone service. Despite my repeated requests, you opted not to stop spamming.
