Indian jurisprudence is a charade of proforma petitions and proforma judgments - ground reality is the casualty. Every petition is a driving competition where outcome is the balance of relative skill of drivers. EVERY ONE knows that integrity of opponent's counsel and the judge is FREQUENTLY purchased to extract MALAFIDE judgement. Whenever, lower court judgement is reversed by higher court, the impugned judgement should be screened for level of morbidity. In case of fowl play, the erring judge deserves more than just stricture.

Esteemed Sir

On 15 September 2009, the aforesaid lawyer appeared at court no. 138 representing my daughter-in-law Swati Chaudhry. She made some sensational remarks:
1. Your honour I am in emergency.
2. There is an immediate threat to my life. I may be killed today.
3. 1 may be evicted (not knowing the term dispossessed) today itself.
4. At least grant me a stay (not knowing the terms Status quo and Injunction).
5. This is a dire urgency and you are not listening - OK refuse my request.
6. In petition she claimed "My parents gave dowry items beyond their capacity".

I would plead death penalty for defendants creating above circumstances. but
the ground reality is quite contrasting.
My daughter-in-law gave me two lifetime achievement awards: -
1. My daddy is very good and my ideal. I want to be like him.
2. My daddy is very good. I don't want to listen a word against him
That is just too HUGE for me and I do not want to look any other way.

The plaintiff may be having some genuine problems that need to be addressed within the family, through mediators/court . Every one in house would be upset at her minor illness. In translating that into "impending killing/eviction TODAY" the lawyer exhibited sadistic tendency to crush any inlaws irrespective of situation. I may not be able to trace my matrimonial advertisements with phrase, "Absolutely No Dowry". My attitude toward dowry can be viewed ukmall.net/pop.htm which has been there since the impugned marriage during September 1998. 1 was a proud father without dowry.

The way the lawyer created a situation in place of presenting a situation, is detrimental to credibility of judicial system. You are requested to take due action and bar her from appearing in courts.

26 March 2010 : My daughter in law bestowed yet an other life time achievement award upon me. Before mediation judge Ms Madhu Jain she submitted her demand to carry on, in her name, business of laboratory kits which I developed and marketted during 1984-1998. It is most unfortunate that a daughter who holds me in such peak esteems, had to seek redressals in courts. No one would aspire for a more respecting daughter in law. Yet the dubious role of lawyer above must never be condoned.
FALSE SUBMISSION : Today again lawyer Shobha Gupta appeared before Mahila Magistrate and submitted - My lord, I was present at hon'ble ASJ court hearing of appeal by the accused. No stay order was passed. (AND NO ACTION AGAINST THIS FALSE SUBMISSION). The accused should be directed to pay maintenance from the date this case was filed. Rs3,xx,xxx (Rs three lakh plus) along with 18% interest failing which he should be sent to jail.
I leave it to viewers to decide who should be sent to jail - the victimized accused or the malafide lawyer.

The word COUNCIAL is more akin to CRUCIAL than to COUNCIL. How can singular VICE-CHAIRMAN be a list?
