Delhi ruled by dogs!
At http://ukmall.net/undigested/dogsanddons I have been reporting how Delhi citizens cannot their my own street at night. All my neighbours cry with that complaint. Today I used lift at Somdutt Chambers - I Bhikaji Cama Place. Five dogs were sleeping comfortably outside ground floor lift. It can be presumed that lifts of connaught place and nehru place too have dogs sleeping outside. It would be interesting to survey lifts at parliament house.

• Activate the application by creating your new 6 digit mChek pin & reconfirm.
(And The MCheck service would be activated malafidely against my wishes. Also that would require Airtel Live activation, fraudulently making Rs 99 crores by sending "Rs99 charged for game download" to a crore subscribers. Why should Airtel subscriber enter 6-digit pin and get trapped into MChek? In case Mchek message keeps flashing without that exercise, that amounts to BLACK MAILING and a malafide manner of multiplying virtual subscribers!

Living in national capital, I cannot enter my own street and my own house at night. The state sponsored dogs keep barking until I am able to get into my house trembling. Residents of first floor and second floor also have same problem. I do not think your street has been spared while allotting quota of dogs. In stead of assessing percentage of population affected, we would better assess percentage of people not affected.

I am to humbly submit that :-

1. On 22 May 2009 a company Kreeda Games India Pvt Ltd, Om Shivambika Building, Ground Floor, Opp. Silver Square, Off C.S.T. Road, Santacruz (East) - Kalina, Mumbai 400 098 Tel: +91 22 6577 8943 Fax: +91 22 2665 6543 charged Rs300 on my ICICI Bank Credit Card - Trasnsaction 74568229143000567049855.
2. I never knew that company and the charge was obviously fraudulent.
3. On 26 May 2009 four transactions of EUR 25.20 35.10 60.00 72.00 (total Eur 192.30 or Rs12,272) were made by Planet Interactive SA. I just blocked my ICICI Bank Visa credit card xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.1015
4. I frequently use credit cards in international transactions without any problem.
5. My credit card is used for payment of property tax and electricity/telephone/water bills.
6. However I have already reported a fraudulent charge by Airtel and strongly suspect Airtel/Mchek duo of running such criminal activities.

I have done police job by detecting name, address, telephone number and (nonexisting) fax number related to first fraudulent charge. Is is too hard to conclude that all the five transactions were made by same person?
Please register the case and provide me copy of FIR.

Amount in point 1 has been recovered back by bank. It is too hard to fix the culprit, unless politically too strong.

No FIR written at police station inspite of repeated requests to H/C DN Kaushik. Came back with cigarette smoke of cops choking me. SHO and Ad-SHO NEVER AVAILABLE IN ROOMS. No fax tone at Crime Branch fax 23490349 and DCP West fax 25166508.
